JOB TITLE: QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER
- To ensure that the laboratory’s Total Quality Management system consistently aligns with the strategic goals of SYNLAB Nigeria & ISO 15189 Standards.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
- BSc in Biomedical Science or Medical Laboratory Science
- Previous laboratory and Quality Management experience
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
