Rivers Female Medical Laboratory Scientists under the aegis of the Association of Female Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (AFMLSN) have paid a courtesy visit to the Honourable Commissioner for Health Rivers State Dr. Adaeze C. Oreh at her office.
The delegation led by the AFMLSN State Chairman included the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital Chapter Chairman, the AFMLSN UPTH CPD Chairman, the Auditor, and the Publicity Secretary.
The purpose of the visit was to meet with the Rivers State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Adaeze C. Oreh, in preparation for their upcoming Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Programme which is being organised by AFMLSN UPTH in partnership with AFMLSN Rivers as well as AMLSN UPTH.
The visit was a great success, with the team discussing the goals and plans for the CPD Programme aimed at enhancing the professional development of female medical laboratory scientists in the region.
